Print code for checkbox

By checkbox, do you mean an open, square box, where someone might check 
the box after it's printed? Or a checked box? It looks like you have 
several options for the open box, none for the checked box.

You need to get ahold of the "PCL 5 Comparison Guide" (book or PDF) that's 
part of the "HP PCL/PJL Reference" set. Scan the symbol set charts to find 
a symbol you like. Determine which character it is, in which symbol set. 
Contruct a PCL escape sequence to generate it. Modify a printcode table to 
include that printcode that generates that escape sequence. Then use that 
printcode. Simple, huh?
