Print code for checkbox

haha yeah piece of cake Bob
I mean an open check box where the recipient can 'check mark' it themselves
- so an empty checkbox
I can get close to desired result if I use $c0 for lower left corner and
upper right corner $bf or something like that (tested some of these
yesterday) and gets me close - just thought there was somewhere I saw this
(not sure it was on this mailing list) but I'll look further
