There are smaller, and cheaper switches of course, but I gave up on
conversion to 10GB Nics when I realized that my backup 7200 rpm SATA
drives could barely keep up with my 1GB network, and that I'd need SSD
drives to actually gain any speed, and I wasn't willing to do that for
backups... yet.
