FilePro key file 20 byte header format

I may have to extract FilePro data to tab-delimited files, and
can't find my old 'C' or perl programs that did this.  I don't
remember the structure of the Key files header records.  The only
one that I think is significant is the first byte or so that IIRC
indicates whether the record contains data or is deleted.
