FilePro key file 20 byte header format

Bill,
Ignore the first 20 bytes of the key file, start using the map sizes
from there and all works great. The data segment, if there is one, is
exactly like the map indicates.
Easy to read since it is a fixed length structure. I do not think it
has a record delimiter, just fixed length.
