Richard,
Check the difference between the default printer (What it is using for
Hardcopy) and if the report is selecting a different printer either by
command line, processing, -pq menu option or in the design of the
output. Maybe you have one setup correctly and the other not the same.
If they are the same printer, maybe the initialization codes on the
report or codes in the report do something the hardcopy is not doing.
