Did you attach a scan image to your post? I can't tell if it got scrubbed. 
Regardless, please send one to MY email address.

Please explain "the rest of" in your original post. What is printed OK, 
and what is not?

The only answer that comes immediately to mind is that someone loaded soft 
fonts into the printer. If that's the case, power-cycling the printer 
would remove them. Do you know if that step helped yet?
