Print issue

One of my clients contacted me with regards to a printing issue to an HP laser printer.
A contract printed on 7/13/18 is printing with a smaller font the one printed on 06/15/17. As far as I know, there has been no change in the printer table used as the contracts printed prior to those printed on 07/13/18 on printed correctly. The date differential has to do with what he had available to send me.
Any previously entered contract which is printed would have the same issue as the one he sent me as a PDF or scan file.
I advised him to shut off his printer and then restart it. I am not sure that this will eliminate this issue. It looks like the true type font being selected has a smaller point size then it should. The rest of the contract prints out using the proper font and point size.
Any suggestion as to what may be causing this problem? filePro has not been updated, he is on Windows and filePro 5.0.14. I have not been on his system ion over a year.
