I haven't been able to run OSR 5.0.6 under CentOS KVM as it
doesn't support SCSI hard drive emulation.  We're running it
under VMware Server (the old free version) and VMware Workstation
on various CentOS Linux boxes and VMware Fusion on OS X.

I haven't tried VMware's ESXi which may well be a good option.
