The statement I am seeing more and more is that you are responsible for the
security of your own data.
I am not sure if the company having this clause in the EULA, would be
willing to tell me of all of the security measurers they have in place, and
would implement any additions to or changes so my data would be secure to my
standards. It is difficult to be responsible for something you don't know
about and are not in a position to change. I am waiting for the results of
the first lawsuit on this issue.
