Hi,

The printing problem began about two months ago.  As far as I know, when 
he turns on the computer and starts Filepro and tries to print, Filepro 
will not let him print because Filepro thinks that there is more than 
one person using Filepro.  When he keys a question mark and opens MAC 
and deletes the lockfile and waits a few minutes he can print.
