Additional Information: Lockfile Problem

What Version of filePro is he running?

If his version is running the license manager, has he rebooted his computer?

If he has the license manager, I would suggest that he go to the control panel and click on Administrative tools.

Then click on SERVICES, When the service window appears, he can either scroll down to fplm_service or click on the first item and type <F> which will get him close the fplm_service.

Click on fplm_service, to the left options will appear, stop and restart.  He should stop the service and then restart it.  This should clear up the problem of the user count.
