Additional Information: Lockfile Problem

My friend is using an HP computer and he is running Windows 7 Home Version.

Hi,

A friend in another state who uses a legal copy of Filepro to maintain 
our reunion list has a problem with filepro.  For many months, every 
time he starts filepro he cannot print anything because filepro thinks 
there are two people using filepro, but he is the only one.

This problem happens every time he tries to print from filepro.  He can 
hit "?" and delete lockfile and after a few minutes filepro acts normal 
and he can print.

What have we done wrong? How do we correct the problem?
