Hi JP,
I have only bought one-user Filepro, and I have no problem printing.
But the guy that takes care of our Navy Roster has one-user Filepro and
within the last few months he has had trouble printing. The problem is
that Filepro thinks that there are two users, and it locks filepro so no
printing can be done. When we remove the lock, and wait a few minutes,
it will print.
His computer is HP and he is running Windows 7 Basic Home Version.
