F10 problem - window

Could you please re-word that paragraph into something more meaningful?

If you are connected via LogMeIn, and F10 is working, but if he presses F10 
it does not work, I would say that points to a problem with his F10 key.

Does his F10 key work in other programs?  Does he have a different keyboard 
key can temporarily plug in to test?
