Charles,

You need to look at the Security tab on your folder right click for 
properties.  I found that you need to make sure what ever group(s) need 
to use filepro have FULL CONTROL

Anything less will give you problems.  I have run into this on more than 
one Windows 7 system so I think that is what needs fixing.
