permissions

Nancy,

Thanks very much for your suggestion.

Have set or checked all the security settings, yielding, no change in 
action.  I find also that I can not add new records to any files.

I have the batch file under  Users Share/Public

security for Public and the Batch file are full control but Users Share 
will not let me set full control ??
