filePro 5.0.14RN9

Having to move to a new laptop, trying to run networked desktop with XP 
Pro with fp and filepro on the desktop.

Menus seem to be okay but access to files with blobs or browse lookups 
are not accessible.

Receiving /permission denied/  on blobs and browse lookups;

errors displayed:

/filepro/filename/blob
/filepro/filename/browse lookup

Where and how do I set filePro permissions?
