FilePro Questions?

--My worker click on the FilePro icon and nothing happens.  They click a
few times and then 3 or 4 windows of FilePro open up when the network
decides to connect.

--Sometimes a computer loses the mapping to the drive that contains the
FilePro progam and files.

These are just a few of the errors we have been getting.
