Quite likely. Other people have reported network issues that were resolved
by replacing old/faulty hubs/switches/cables.

filePro relies on Windows to handle the network communications.
Again, can you describe what, exactly, you mean by "losing network
connections"? If you mean, for example, that a network share suddenly
"disappears", you need to remember that filePro neither attaches, nor
detaches, network shares.

Not an issue.

I have successfully run filePro 1.1 on Windows 7 (32-bit).

Upgrading filePro, while not a bad thing, won't help if the problems are
related to the network.
