System crash after QuickBooks tech support

This site is running Windows Server 2008 R2 Service Pack 1. Earlier
today they had a problem with Quickbooks and the QB tech support
proceeded to muck up the filePro install. Filepro will now only run on
the server. All other PC's can't access filePro. They still have
access to the drive on the server. They're getting a license error at
the client stations when attempting to run filePro. What should I be
looking for? As far as I can tell the drive mappings were not changed
and still work. I'm sure you're aware this is a critical problem and
thanks for your assistance.

Here's the license info:

Examining "P:/fp/lib/licfp.dat" for license information.
