PFPOSTPRINT irregularity

A client using my fP app. had their PC die Wednesday. Yesterday their I.T. vendor installed a WIN7 PC, replacing the now dead WINXP machine. After installing their Datamax bar-code printer on the new WIN7 machine we are seeing the following (I should note the use of PrintWizard v4.0 & fP V4.8 WINDOWS Native):

Bar-code output from RCLERK correctly prints the requested labels using the following without error:
PRINTER TYPE "CONCORDIA";PRINTER NAME "DATAMAXE"
PUTENV "PFPOSTPRINT","F:\\REACT\PRINTWIZAED\PRINTWIZ.EXE /P\"DATAMAXE\""

However, bar-code labels requested using the exact same lines as above from RREPORT generate a Windows 5002 error message (system resource not available). The Datamax bar-code printer is normally not the default printer on this PC. If I do make it the default printer, I still get the WIN5002 error, press <ENTER> and my labels print. If the Datamax printer is not this PC's default printer then the labels do not print. This client's default print is a RICOH copier which has yet to be installed by their I..T. vendor.

The only differences I am aware of is the switch from WINXP to WIN7 and when the Datamax printer was installed it was named
"DatamaxE" instead of "DATAMAXE" (all caps). Could case make a difference in either RCLERK/RREPORT or WINXP/WIN7.

Any suggestions appreciated.
