But Mark, I think what you last said confirms the consistency that filepro
does seem to have when treating processing verses formats.  Because the -fp
is taking any format out of the picture, to me, this leaves the behavior
entirely in the realm of processing and as others have indicated, it is
consistent with how processing flags are treated.
