Bug in *report with -fp

Two things:

1) I'd obviously expect this if I'd used "debug on" in the PRC rather than
the command line flag.  In fact, when I tried -db and it didn't work, I was
nonplussed.  When I put it in the table itself, a bell started ringing in
my head.

2) I had "just run it successfully" on a dry run not 5 minutes earlier.
Unfortunately, I confused _page and _table as name suffixes between the
two.  fP didn't bother catching it for me, and I was left thinking I'd
entered exactly the same command.  Once I started looking at my command
history, I finally nailed it.

I still say it should complain.  It'll complain if you use -f and no output
format exists for the specified processing.  Not seeing a semantic
difference, here.
