As as followup to that, at entry have the operator insert the zipcode first, 
then have filePro execute @wlf code to perform a lookup and populate the city 
state zip fields. Allow them to change if needed when they read it back to 
customer, but always with a jaded eye if someone insists on a different city 
name. People seem to forget on purpose if the city name changes.

Of course that doesn't help with bulk fixing of old addresses.

I've discovered if you trust the citystate.txt file, you'll have almost no 
address correction fees from the people who refuse to believe that their suburb 
is now called something different.
