City-zip verification code

as long as thats all you are wanting to do its an easy reference file 
to build - minimum requirements - 3 fields - city, state, zip, with more 
fields to help when there are dups such as the dozens of zip codes in 
each borough of NYC.  Add some simple lookups - browses if you want
to be helpful and fancy, etc.  I believe Tom Heine posted a cheap 
source of data to populate this file with (i think it was 
http://www.teamredline.com/zc/default.asp - a simple import of
one of their file formats would do), but that is a static file.
You take on responsibility of keeping it up to date yourself.

To go from an address/city/state to a zip code is pretty tough, though.
I'd not recommend to do that in filePro but instead use a third party 
address certification product and exchange data back & forth.  Not 
to say that its impossible - just lack of reference data in a form
usable by filePro natively.
