I totally missed where you mentioned your form going vertical (three down) not
across the page. I read 1098 and 1099 and W2 came to mind ...
I second Jim's post where adjusting printer printable area would be an ideal solution
to your problem as described.
However, if setting your form to 22 lines per page does not work, you may want to
use the approach I suggest, load three records onto global variables and print once
every three records.
