Where do I adjust printing parameters for hardcopy printouts?

Don't forget about the "-p" series of flags to override the default.

You can always copy the table you want and change the paper size and any
init/end codes as needed, and use "-pc" to use that printer definition.

For example, you might copy "fooprinter" to "fooprinter-132" and change
the settings to get it to print 132 columns of condensed text.
