Use the printers you have, with Print Wizard.

Set up one Windows PC as a "printer server". Run Print Wizard Server
Edition, with "/TranslatePCL" on.

There are several ways you can "plumb" it, including as an LPD with three
queues, or emulating a JetDirect with three ports, each going to a
different printer.

After you've got the basics working, you can add form overlays, PDF
generation, and faxing, with no additional money.
