Unless this particular problem is data related, you do not have to send
files but you do have send enough information for them to duplicate the
problem. You said you are calling this from AUTO processing that if you
don't call it from there it works. Does that mean that if you call it from
@ONCE in the PRC.<OUTPUT> it works correctly? I don't understand what you
are saying but it sounds like something in you AUTO is for *report is not
working the same as *CLERK. We need at least enough code stripped down to
duplicate. I realize you have a way to make it work but your original
complant was that it worked in *clerk and not *report and I am not
understanding that. Are you now saying that you can make it work in *report
if you call it from a different place? What is that place?
IMPORTANT: Sending files to fpsupport does not mean you have to send a ton
of stuff. Strip things down. What is that data being populated in those
fields? Have you tried this selecting only one record? There are still so
many things that we do not know. You posted the code but you never told us
what the data was.
LAST IMPORTANT THING: You obviously want it fixed or you wouldn't have
posted it here in hopes of getting a fix. ????
