Proper bug reporting and support communication (Was Re: Why?)

Bill, I did send the report to fp support, but if I have to send the files,
it is not going to happen. Too many to send.
Like I said, I don't really need a fix for this problem and I was only
mentioning it in case it was something easy for you guys to fix.
I've provided as much information as I can. It only happens when the table
is called from automatic processing. It should be pretty simple to test.
If it doesn't happen to you guys or anyone else, then it must be something
particular to my system. Like I said, no biggie for me because I can call
that table from elsewhere and there is no problem.

George,

Please supply fpsupport with the information regarding your issue. The
people responsible for testing, duplicating and documenting this can not do
anything without something in their hands directly from you. It is the way
things work. Our support team does not monitor this list and has no idea
that you think you have a problem. It must come directly from you to them.
They will then correspond directly with you until they have duplicated it or
they have helped you solve it. Then you can report back here. Reporting it
here does not get a fix. So far, no one here has duplicated your issue so
it is time to move it to the correct forum. fpsupport at fptech.net Please.

Thanks

Bill
