Fixed - filePro on Windows XP Problem

Fixed.

I copied C:\fpplus.bat to me2.bat in the me2 filePro file
directory and edited it by replacing the fpplus.bat command
line with the command line in my original me2.bat file.

I don't know what difference that made, but it now works.
