filePro on Windows XP Problem

I've used this batch file successfully to kick off
MENU EDIT II on Windows Me:

  @echo off
  set PFPROG=C:
  set PFTOKSIZE=200000
  C:\fp\dclerk me2 -sme2 -y '' -z me2 -d -h "MENU EDIT II" -t 200000 -tf 200000

But when I execute it on Windows XP, a window titled
"C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe" appears with this error
message:

  The instruction at 00239c referenced memory at ffffffff
  The memory could not be read from

That's the same type error message I got when I used an @
to introduce Action Command Lines on filePro User Menus on
Windows XP.

Any ideas ? ? ?

Bob
