Report breaks

Hello,
Interesting problem with some reports on a client's test machine.
Have a report that has 3 sort break points (@wbrk1, @wbrk2, @wbrk3),
and the processing seems to end after the first record, prior to any breaks.
The original process worked on an older version and platform (filePro 
4.8 and RedHat 7.0).
The same process is now on filepro 5.0 on Fedora Core2.
Checked all the permissions, seems okay.  Data looks okay as well 
(non-filePro data file).
The process will work in a "processing only format" with the same sort 
and code the breaks.

Is there a patch or bugfix or suggestions?
