Do you mean double wide, for a given height? Assuming you do...

In PCL there is not a way to do that. For a fixed-space font, you can set
the pitch, but that determines the height. In other words, you can't
change the aspect ratio.

In Print Wizard, you could add a printcode to printwiz.prt that would set
pitch to 200% while leaving everything else the same; something like:
   <font\ pitch=200%>

(the backslash is in the file if you edit it outside fP, as I recall).

To turn off "elongated", either respecify the intended pitch in absolute
terms, or create an entry that sets it to 50%.
