Elongated print code on LJ4

I've inherited an old form that was designed for a dot matrix printer.
It uses a lot of elongated on/off codes.

I notice that the various HP prt files (and Anzio's printwiz.prt) don't
have entries in the elongated code sections. Not a good sign for me :-(

How can I get Laser Jet 5 to do the equivalent of elongated on/off
for fonts in 10 and 12 pitch?

Any tips appreciated.
