Odd FilePRO Question

So, a while back I wrote an API that one could call via cURL, pass a
flat file (report) and get back a PDF ...
The original idea was to let filePro applications convert any document,
of any size from flat/text to PDF and, using what I like to call
"macros", plug images, barcode or whatever is needed on the resulting
PDF. These macros would be something like &bc39[some-string-here]; to
print a barcode or &img[###]; to print an image ...
I think I could work the bid of logic where you could use my API to pass
your "form" and get back the PDF with the characters/symbols embedded.
This can easily be done from the command line, thus from any filePro
process.
Let me know if you wish to look at this ...
