Ascii characters on a screen

[Fairlight]

I just tried in a console terminal (cmd) and it works fine.  I just did
130 and 196, as well as about five others.  Works as intended with both
left and right Alt.

Can't speak to filePro specifically, but neither Windows 10 in general,
nor the Windows console window are the problem.
