HP lasers in Landscape

It's important that the printer receive the escape codes in the correct 
order. In this case, the printer must receive the code for orientation 
(also any changes in paper size or margins) BEFORE anything that causes a 
page eject (formfeed, reset, or linefeeding past the bottom margin).
