Replied last night to this from my iphone.
I don't think it went through.

The simple answer is not to use the output format at all.
Use -FP in a *report command line.

This just runs the prc table with no output format needed.
I happen to know this is an export program.

/appl/fp/dreport xxxxx -FP export -A  -H "Data Export" -U

You actually type "xxxxx" because that will open the list of filepro 
files for the user to select.
