filepro install issue v 5014

Hi Experts - having issue when trying to install filepro. I get the 
following error:

/tmp/fpinstall/inst/fp/dclerk: error while loading shared libraries: 
libtermcap.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

my "how to install notes" say to do the below items"

Item no 3 fails with the following error "No package 
compat-libtermcap.i686 available. Error: Nothing to do "


1-# yum install libxml2.i6862-#  yum install libstdc++.so.63-# yum 
install compat-libtermcap.i686

4-# yum install unixODBC unixODBC-devel libtool-ltdl libtool-ltdl-devel

5-# ln -s /usr/lib/libodbc.so.2 /usr/lib/libodbc.so.1

the above notes where for a centos 6.X version

The error is on a new (used) server using centos 7.X

any help will be greatly appreciated.
