CAN NOT UNLOCK FILEPRO RECORD

You probably have a process open on the record.
You could reboot your server.
Hopefully you have root access or can Sufi.
# w [press enter]
Find your last pets connection
# ps -ef pts/## [press enter]
Now kill any processes running on that pts/##
i.e.
# kill -15 1234 [press enter]
Try to kill these from highest number down to lowest number,
Please be careful as you are in as root user.
These action should unlock the record.
