report not printing

Nancy,

Thanks for your reply
We have agents that run credit cards and if they have the consumers account
still on their screen once they've saved the record then it will lock up
when the report runs
It runs at a specific time so we balance to our merchant batch for the day
so I don't really have the choice to change that
I used to do this job when our bookkeeper was out sick etc and even if
there was a record locked I never encountered where the report wouldn't
print when the record finally became free
Seems to me since the print command is at the end and the processing can't
finish if a record is locked, the report should still print when the
processing finishes
I'm more confused why the report doesn't print when the record becomes
unlocked and processing completes- and it doesn't not print all the time,
just seems intermittent
