Printer issue

One of my clients is having an issue with Windows 10 and filePro printing.

 

Filepro 5.0

Windows 10

Printer- HP LaserJet 2015

 

Issue: print output spools to the print spooler but does not print (
reports);  h-Hardcopy of a screen does print.  This is the only thing that
prints.   Everything else appears in the spooler but doesn't print.

 

I will be going there next Tuesday Sept 17th.

 

Any suggestions as to what to look for will be greatly appreciated.
