Windows batch file error message

I was getting the following windows error message hen using a windows short cut.

*** A System Error Has Occurred ***

Cannot initialize program:
U:\fp60/fp/lib/config: No error

V:\emesr>pause
Press any key to continue . . .

This error only occurs when the font size is greater than 36.

This first came up on My MS Surface Pro but I was able to duplicate it on my development computer. The font in both cases is Consolas and "use legacy console is checked.

With the projection TV used, I needed to make the demo window larger. I used the font setting. This did cause another issue which disappeared when I set the font smaller then 36. For those who recalled, when I went to update the browse detail the update screen blocked all of the displayed detail lines. At a smaller size this did not happen. On my development computer I can use the font sizer of 36 and not have any issues with updating the detail line properly.

I am not in a position to explain why this is occurring but if you are having screen display issues or receiving an error message when using a windows shortcut, Adjust your font size and see if that helps.
