FilePro - Windows issue

My client is running filePro 5.8.03 without issues.

I installed both the 32 & 64 bit versions of 6.0.  fp60_64 and fp60_32.  This is the same setup as 5.8.

The first problem came with the license manager.  The service installed but would not start.  I got a Permission denied error message.

Second, the desktop icon created does not display the filePro 6.0 icon.

I have checked the security setting for the installs and they are the same as for 5.8.03.  When I reinstalled the 5.8.03 service, that started without a problem.

My client assures me that nothing was update or changed.  Something has changed and I don't know what.  Any suggestions as to what I should be checking for?

I tried point the shortcut icon to the 5.8.03 install, but the icon still will not appear for the 6.0 shortcut.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
