USB Printing in Win 10

Look at the Printer List on Win10 to make sure the name was not changed 
when you installed the drivers for Win10.
the "HP DeskJet 1200C" part of the name must match exactly to the name 
recognized by Windows for this printer.

Look at printer properties to verify the name is the same.
