Odd Screen behavior windows 10 Not resolved

I'M a user , filePro on Window 10, Home, Professional, 32bit and 64bit. 

In the properties of the Desktop Icon you use to start filePro, in the layout tab, set screen buffer size to width 80 and height to 25. Same values for window size, 80 and 25.  Font tab: Select a mono-spaced. Mine are set to use Lucida Console. size, 20. Changing the font size changes the size of the window you see. I use 4k monitors. Size is about 10" x 6" with values suggested on my screen.

I have a FP program running on a windows 10 PC. 
It was replaced with a new PC with Windows 10.All files and Menus were put on the new PC along with the batch file that starts the FP Menu.The Menu normally comes as a single column FP Menu.It looks like the Menu is somehow lime wrapped across the screen.The Filepro list does not allow me to post a picture so I can try and explain what it looks like. 

The Menu is now split into what looks like 4 coulombs.If I number the columns 1 to 4 starting from left to right the following appears.
In column 3 is the menu name witch is normally on the menu boarder top right 
In column 2 is the menu title witch is normally at the center top of the menuIn column 2 is the first option 1. of the menu normally in the center of the menu under the menu name.In column 4 is option 2 of the menu and it wraps around to column 1.In column 3 is option 3 of the menu.In column 2 is option 4 of the menu.In column 4 is option 5 of the menu and wraps around to column 1And so on 
I am hoping this more enplanes what is on the screen. 

I have tried changing the font, the window size, TT Consalas, Lucida and Raster. 
Nothing seems to change the size or the font of the Menu.
Has anyone run across this and figured out how to fix it.
At this point I will try anything even braking the new computer so they have to replace it again.
