Odd Screen behavior windows 10 Not resolved

Without exhausting myself trying to visual what's wrong with the screen
display, let me point to a possible reason for the difference between two
Windows 10 PCs. Microsoft recently released a new so-called "terminal"
program. From the articles a glanced at, it was not clear whether this was
a new CMD.EXE or something else. You may want to investigate what Windows
program is running the client side of filePro. Compare EXE names and
version numbers between the old PC and the new PC.

Also make sure they are configured for the correct number of rows and
columns.
