Not being the one that set this up initially, and since it has worked 
flawlessly until now, I have never changed it.

I have modified termcap before, not an issue.  All desks are already set 
to scoansi.

Still valid and is where things are being sent as the default.  I have 
commented out PFPT in the .profile, which resolved the issue, but that 
still does not explain why it only fails on Windows 10 PC.
